Privacy Policy
This page describes how the website handles inspection requests and the operational details that still require approval before public launch.
This is not the final public privacy policy and has no effective date yet. Do not publish the site until the hosting, email access, retention, security, deletion, and vendor practices described here are confirmed by Blueprint Inspections LLC.
Information submitted through the form
The request form collects the inspection type, property city and state, preferred timeframe or date, name, phone number, email address, and optional property details.
When delivery is configured, the website sends that information through Resend to Blueprint Inspections LLC at BlueprintInspectionsLLC@gmail.com and copies Key City Digital at info@keycitydigi.com for website support. The visitor’s email address is used as the reply-to address so Blueprint can respond. Submitting a request does not establish or confirm an appointment.
The website does not intentionally create its own database or customer-management record from the form. The resulting email and delivery records may be stored in the receiving mailboxes and by Resend according to those services’ settings and policies. A final business retention and deletion schedule has not yet been approved.
Do not submit financial information, medical information, alarm or lock codes, or other sensitive information through the property-details field.
How the information is used
Blueprint may use a submitted request to review the property and service requested, respond to the visitor, confirm service area and scope, discuss availability, and arrange scheduling. Key City Digital receives the copied email to support and troubleshoot the website’s lead-delivery workflow.
Security and technical information
The form uses server-side validation, same-origin checks, duplicate-send protection, a hidden bot field, and request-rate controls. Hosting and email providers may also process ordinary technical information such as an IP address, request headers, timestamps, and delivery logs for security and operation.
Production analytics and advertising are currently disabled. The request form sends its data in the request body, not in the page URL or analytics events. No method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Items to confirm before public launch
- Who can access the Blueprint and Key City Digital receiving mailboxes.
- How long lead emails and Resend delivery records will be retained.
- The production host’s log, security, backup, and deletion practices.
- Whether any additional spam-control or analytics provider will be activated.
- A working privacy-request process and the policy’s effective date.
The final policy must match the deployed system and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication.
