The inspection process

A Clear Path From Request to Understanding

Know what happens next.

Blueprint keeps the process direct: share the property details, confirm the scope and scheduling, complete the agreed inspection, and receive clear written findings.

From request to useful context.

A submitted request starts a conversation. It does not create an appointment.

01

Request — Start with the property

Tell Blueprint whether the request is residential or commercial, the property city and state, and your preferred date or timeframe. Add your contact information and any optional property details.

The current preview checks the form locally and does not transmit a request. When secure delivery is activated, submitting the live form will start a request, not create a confirmed appointment.

02

Confirm — Make sure the inspection fits

Blueprint follows up directly to discuss the request and confirm scope, availability, and scheduling. Commercial requests may also require a conversation about property details and access.

No appointment is confirmed until Blueprint completes this follow-up.

03

Inspect — Evaluate the agreed areas

The inspection addresses visible conditions and accessible components within the agreed scope and applicable requirements. Residential and commercial properties follow different paths, which is why service type and scope are established first.

04

Understand — Turn observations into context

Blueprint documents the inspection findings in writing and explains them in plain language. The company’s construction-informed approach provides practical context around why an observed condition may matter and what the next step may involve.

The report does not guarantee future performance, identify every concealed condition, provide repair pricing, or replace specialized evaluation when one is appropriate.

Choose the property type.

The process stays clear while the property-specific scope remains distinct.

Have the essentials ready.

You do not need to know every property detail before reaching out.

The city and state, inspection type, preferred timeframe, and reliable contact information are enough to begin. Use the optional details field for anything that may help with the follow-up.

If you would rather talk through the request, call 870-397-0086 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
